As we continue to seek new inventory for our members, add new Home Resorts, expand our customer experience team, and improve our products and services, we need to update our fee structure. Effective 1 October 2011, we will be increasing our Usage, Xchange, Premium Xchange, Split Week and Guest Certificate fees.

This is the first time we are increasing our fees in 4 years, and despite this increase, our fees still remain some of the lowest among global holiday clubs and exchange networks.

Good news: you’ll be pleased to know that we have added new inventory in the following destinations: Sharm el-Sheik and Marsa Alam in Egypt; Pattaya, Thailand and Tunisia. Look out for more announcements on these latest additions!

Do you know that you need not wait for your membership kit to be delivered to you before you start planning your vacation? Once your membership payment has been received, a Welcome Letter, containing your QVI membership ID number, will be emailed to you at the address you provided. With this ID number, you can start booking your vacations. Your IR ID number will also suffice, if for some reason you do not receive your QVI ID number.
